Works Great

Once you get the air pressure set right the stapler works as expected.

For people who are done with manual.

How many staplers have I had? Top of the line? They reek! I don't do a lot of stapling, and part of that is the aggravation of dealing with 30 years of expensive poor quality products. Rant over.Do you have air? Everybody probably should. Hint. This stapler is IT! Connect it, adjust the feed pressure and load the staples.Trouble free blat, blat, blat (quietly, even) is your reward. Also, this will rock so bad as my old mechanic's carpels get even older.

Stapling Made Easy

This pneumatic stapler is fantastic! It's made stapling a breeze, and I can practically throw away my manual stapler now. Highly recommended!

Very efficient and powerful at lower air setting

Pros: Very efficient at lower air settings, Well made, Accepted Arrow staples without issue, Shoots a variety of staple lengthsCons: NoneUses: Upholstery, Screening a porch, Chicken Wire, Tacking your neighbors cat to the wallObservations: This is one of the most efficient staplers I have used. I originally was using air pressure set at about 75 psi and the staples were going through the screen fabric and burying deep into the yellow pine wood 2x4s. Had to back the pressure down to about 45 psi and possibly could have gone lower. Very nice stapler for the price. Great value and I would definitely buy again.

Excellent gun

Fired 2 boxes so far of Arrow 508 1/2" staples with no hiccups. That's 2500 shots. The no mar safety can be a pita and you can't bump fire are my only issues. Recommend anyway.

Took a bit of practice

It took me a little time to get the hang of it but once I did it worked great. I purchased to attach carpeting to wooden boat bunks. The manual stapler I had would have taken a lot more work. I plan to use it for upholstery work.

Another great Freeman pneumatic tool

Just like my other four (4) Freeman pneumatic nailers/staplers that I've had for a decade, this is a quality tool at a very reasonable price. Very pleased with this tool. Perfect for my large T-50 staple project (refinishing 9-ft pool table). Made short work of it. Now my manual T-50 stapler will only get used for small projects.

Smooth operation

Very small and light, good action. Rarely jams, and that's mainly due to overly high pressure from the compressor. At <$30, good deal.

Cumple con tareas cotidianas

Cumple para trabajos pequeños ya que quise usarla por tiempo prolongado y se empieza a querer encasquillar y tenemos que acomodar las grapas pero para trabajos pequeños donde no se le exige mucho Bien

Good stapler

A good stapler did not jam at all and did the job well.

safety keeps tip from touching work

The rubber safety tip, as others have mentioned, is big enough to obscure exactly where you're going to staple. But that's not why I'm returning it! The safety tip ALSO bottoms out before the opening of the stapler reaches the work, so a small tilt can raise or lower the body and change the drive depth quite a bit. Would you hold a staple gun 1/16" off the surface and fire it?The manual says adjusting the air pressure alone may be enough to set drive depth, but I called and verified there is no OTHER way to set depth. (The good news is that a native english speaker answered the phone and knew what he was talking about.) That method can't lead to predictable depths because even at 70psi it buries staples below the surface of standard pine studs. Unless you hit the edge of a knot. To get predictable depth, you need an excess of force and a hard stop on the hammer. Not with this tool.

No mangled staples

Using it for stretching canvas for paintings. After getting fed up with electrical and manual staplers mangling my staples, I finally found this one that accepts T50 staples. Other pneumatic staplers I've tried have not, and the small ones are very annoying.Once I found the right pressure, about 45 they went in like butter and no mangling.

Mighty and reliable

I purchased this stapler 2 years ago and recently finished a huge job using it: a "staple-up" hydronic floor heating system that required the use of approximately 15,000 staples! The photo attached shows about 1/8 of the job. I was driving 20 Ga. galvinized staples through aluminum sheet and into plywood subfloor using 60 PSI. This stapler worked flawlessly. I never had a jammed staple the entire time. The selection of staples matters, of course. Stay away from Arrow!!! These do not fit properly, consistently break into small lengths, and just don't load properly. The Sure Fit brand is excellent and works very well. Photo attached. Highly recommended.

Sweet spot for price and performance

Did a fair amount of research before buying and I think this tool hits the sweet spot for cost and performance. Everything I hoped it would be.

It has a 7 Year Warranty

The very second staple jammed the stapler and I had to disassemble the stapler to remove the lodged staple, after that 400 staples later no problem.I have had 3 different brands of T50 pneumatic staplers and they have all eventually started kneeling staples and I have to pull and restaple every one of them!If I can come back here after the next couple of days of work and I will have a Knarling Staple story about this Freeman T50 stapler too!!All those other staplers are made exactly like this one... but this one has a 7 year Warranty!!

This stapler is my favorite tool.

I love this stapler. I just finished installing insulation in my basement. This stapler is light weight and easy to use.It never misses stapling and, at 75 psi, it installs staple completely flat on surface. Although, I wished it had longer neck but as is it works fine. For the price, built quality is excellent and operates excellent.
