The belt hook part seems great, but the swivel leaked air. I'll hold onto it as I need it for a current project, but would buy the straight option for any further purchases.

hitachi 16 gauge trim gun and works great on ladders. I hade to modify the plastic case cut it out so it will fit, but it is so nice to hook it to your paints or your tool pouch

Better than I expected.

Added this to a finish gun. Working from a ladder doing crown and tall casings requires the gun to be with you to avoid going up and down the ladder all day, this makes that possible. Super efficient and keeps the gun hanging from my bags or the ladder so it's at my fingertips whenever I need it.

Just perfect for airguns

perfect for my small air gun to slide onto my belt or pocket. This is not good if you want to attach over a truss or other board....the gap is too shallow for that.

This is the second time I have purchased this hook for my crown staplers. I love the product as it does what is intended. The only reason for the 4 star review is both fittings leak at the swivel joint. Other than that this hook works amazing.

Ive Used one of these before on a trim gun and dont remember how it preformed, but I would have remembered if it had been too much of an issue.I installed this one on my Hitachi Fence/Siding nailer (65AH2) w/ a 3/8" to 1/4" reducer - using a healthy amount of teflon tape and some umph. However, right off the bat it was leaking air - in fact it did not stop leaking unless it was held in just the right spot and completely still. Although the leak was coming from the ball joint/swivel I went ahead and tried it with a different adapter on a different hose to no avail. I initiated the refund process and had a new one within maybe 2-3 days and still need to ship the other one back. That is neither here nor there, the point is, the new one has the same issue - dont get me wrong, it works fine in every other capacity, the hook is really for puttin on your belt or pocket for a moment and is very handy - though with a coil nailer that means it isnt really possible to get it out of the way of your hand but its not too bad. But it is annoying to hear the constant hiss and have the compressor run out of air if you dont have it plugged in and leave the gun on the hose.

I recently picked up a new finish nailer and after firing a couple racks I went to hook it on my belt and realized that Metabo/HPT decided they didn't need a belt/rafter hook on their smaller gauge air nailers! This is a perfect solution to that problem. The hook is wide enough to fit on my front loop, off the side of my bags, or on the front of my belt. If you're planning on keeping the case with this nailer the hook will fit and the case will still close which is a huge plus. The swivel fitting is nice, time will tell how that will hold up but the build quality on this is very impressive.For the price I would definitely recommend this item.

Part is manufactured beautifully but without the 1/4-3/8" adapter, I couldn't mount it to my Framing Nailer. I'll keep it and Buy the adapter but it should come with it or at least give you the option to add it

Absolutely perfect. Used it on my 18 gauge nailer while my wife and I installed bead board ceilings in two rooms. Allowed for easy access when needed. Worth it.

Great hooks for your nail guns or whatever pneumatic tools you'd like to have a hook on. However these hooks are not for hooking onto rafters aka 1-1/2 stock, just FYI

It's made very well. Will work well for ladder, belt maybe 2x edge. But definitely worth having one for any gun you plan on using on scaffolding or up where hanging it is beneficial.
