Lap siding nailer

Worked great on 3/8 OSB lap siding. I didn't consult the instructions… I believe it is always on bump-fire.

Excellent siding gun for cheap

I build houses for a living and usually stick with Bostich or Dewalt brand air tools. We needed a gun that can shoot thicker diameter coil nails so I decided to give this a try, especially since it shoots multiple diameter nails. The gun is a little on the heavy side, but has all the features of the high price ones. I work with three other carpenters and they are all impressed using it and are gonna buy one as well. Why not for that price? Half of what I paid for the Bostich... I've seen other reviews where people say it double shoots a lot. Just learn how to use it and you will rarely have that happen. Do keep oil in it frequently and you will prevent misfires.

Well worth the money.

Not contractor grade, but will serve any homeowner. Have run a full case through it and not one jam. Double fires are user error. Buy it, you won't regret it when the job is done.

Good gun for nailing furring strips into concrete

Maybe this gun is not for concrete, but after testing with 5000 nails doing a two story house of furring strips gun did a good job, nails were deep as needed, it doesn't stuck too hard as others I tried in pastPros: the hook, the transparent nail container (to know when to place a new nail coil roll), lightweightDefinitely made for high usage, let's see if it lasts

No real problems so far…

I've driven one roll of nails into my siding with this. It does tend to fire fully automatic sometimes, shooting one nail successfully and a second nail about half way. Not a huge deal, I just pound the second nail in when I flush everything up. I've avoided this problem by using a very light and quick trigger-pull. It's all in the technique.

Great value and performance

Bought this to install some hardy plank siding. I must say it works very well. Money well spent.
