Returns Policy
We offer a 30 Day Return Policy for all unused and unopened products. Customers may return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided items are in their original condition and packaging.
Return Steps:1. Fill out the Return Request Form.
2. Our team will reach out to you with a prepaid shipping label. Please check your email.
3. Pack your items in the original shipping boxes and attach the shipping label.
4. Mail your return package.
5. Your refund will be applied 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
Important: Please obtain a proof of postage receipt and keep hold of it until your refund has been received.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the merchandise is received back at our warehouse.
Late or Missing RefundsIf you have not received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
