Usually use bosch but needed another spare set and figured to give it a try and I was surprised as this set actually worked a little better than my other nailers. We laid 500 sq ft of red oak flooring and every nail and piece sunk and was drawn in beautifully.

If you have a big job, this is the tool for the job. I have used it for almost 1700 sq ft of 2 1/4", which is to say "a lot"! There is always a trick in places if you're not a pro -- my set has been used by a master flooring guy and he loves it. He's got me using it too in my experience as an experienced 'apprentice'. So the main nailer takes "skills" to prep each board before nailing, esp if you have rustic type boards or narrow ones that are prone to warping. The edges near walls need the brad nailer, sometimes have to even bend and angle that thing. And even THEN, sometimes need to use your pry bars and sacrificial boards to tighten things up prior to nailing. Net, this is a pro tool, if you don't have pro skills or help, it's not going to be pro just because of the tool. But IF you do have that help, this toolset will make it look so so pretty.ROBUST:I took a long break while "living life", and my friend the flooring master had this in a wet spot where he stored it. It was rusted, after the first few drives after a few years it jammed. It was so easy to remove jam, so easy to oil it back up, a little work pushing the nails in the chamber down/up to clear that rusty spot. And voila, it's back and bad as ever.BUY IT.

I’m a remodeling contractor for 28 years, my Bostich flooring staplers (which I really liked) were stolen so I needed to replace them. This product seemed to have good reviews plus for the same comparable cost this package included the smaller stapler which I also needed replacement.Though I have yet to use the small stapler, the larger stapler has been funtioning great! I like it

You may have to use a spacer for floor depth
