The Freeman PE20V1GCK 20 Volt Cordless 1 Gallon 1/3 HP Portable Air Compressor Kit with Lithium-Ion Battery and Charger can drive up to 700 fasteners per charge and 60 pieces per minute, and is powered by a high-capacity rechargeable 20 volt 4.0 Ah lithium-ion battery. The cordless electric design eliminates the need to be tethered to an electrical outlet, improving mobility around the house, garage or jobsite. This air compressor kit is ideal for operating pneumatic tools and making quick work of inflation jobs. An oil-free 1/3 HP electric motor requires less maintenance, and a durable steel 1 gallon hot dog tank is both compact and lightweight. After a month the charger stopped working. I emailed the company and they sent me one for free so that's a plus.
I was worried about the unit's ability to pump tires full with a battery, but it has worked out very well. Filled one tire from empty, and added around 10 psi to the other three, plus three trailer tires without killing the battery on the charge it arrived with (about 2/3rds according to the indicator). It's not like a full blown compressor, but the tank and pressure shut offs work together to make it nearly as good. It's a huge improvement over the hundred dollar, plug-into-a-cigarette-lighter-socket type. I figured that at the price, it must be better, and was not disappointed. The compressor is great for small tires...lawn mowers, bikes, ect. Wish it had a larger air storage tank.
Easily storable and transportable, light and powerful. Cordless convenience and easy on the ears, make this compressor my go to tool for inflating tires, and pneumatic tools on any small project!
Very fast and courteous delivery. Came packaged in a few boxes for extra protection. My kid actually got a kick out of that "we got three packages in one package" lol. Exactly what we wanted and expected. Works great and doesn't take up much space at all.
COMPACT SIZE is perfect for my needs. Small one gal. Air tank empties quickly but recovers quickly. It is considerably smaller than my old 3 gal. Pancake HF compressor. The only fault too it is the fact that a replacement battery is not available.
I love the compactness of it. I love that it is light and quiet. The only drawback I see is battery life. It only came with a single Battery and it doesn't last more than an hr.
