Works great

Professional contractor.Framing interior walls for basement. The crew loves it said it's the best option that we've used yet.We are using 3" nails they said have to hit 2 or 3 times sometimes but love how solid it is once in.

Recomendada

It works

Shots 1" nails good 1"1/2 you may need double tap. Still sleeper then Ramset or Hilti

It really works!!

The concrete nailer drives 2 1/2 inch nails through the 2x4 plate and concrete basement floor, The nails are tight, as well as a .22 nail gun. I was not able to drive 3 inch nails so I recommend 2 1/2 at standard air pressure of 120 psi.

World not sink nails into old concrete.

3 stars. I can see the gun nailing into green concrete but would not sink nails into my old 40yr old concrete.

Don't be fooled, this tool works!.

I absolutely love this tool. I have bought several and am buying more. No, it's not the most powerful tool to shoot your concrete nails in... it takes two to three shots to sink the nail... but air from your compressor is 100% free. Buying the powder strips don't always work either and you end up using two shots to sink those nails too... and at what cost? Our company stopped buying the Hilti, Ramset and other powder guns and went 100% to these Freeman guns. No more powder, no more Hilti guns that you have to always clean, no more OSHA to worry about the guys leaving the powder strips laying around. This gun costs waaaay less than a Hilti. Hilti's are great. They are the best but again, air is free. No tool is never going to break. Don't expect it to. Add oil. I took my Hilti's and Ramset's in for repair as often as these. You choose what you want, I did. I love this tool.

Pneumatic Nail Gun

Great product and no issues.

Used it to drive nails into concrete

I have been nailing 3/4" plywood to a concrete slab. Running the gun at its highest rated PSI (115), it takes 4 pulls of the trigger to fully drive a 2" concrete nail. It works, but it is slower than I hoped.

Powerful and inexpensive

It does the job. It's a bit clumsy and heavy, but for the price it seems reasonable.

Pays for itself in averted .22 cal loads

Bought this to remodel a large master bath in which all the furring needed to be replaced. Thought about buying a .22 caliber powder type gun, but why when I have a perfect 1 gal California Air Tools compressor. This uses the same type of nails as the powder type guns and it's hand loaded one at a time. If you want an autoloader you'll need to get a T type concrete brad driver or coil type nail gun with hardened nails, but here's why I didn't go that route: if the nail isn't firmly seated you can strike it again with this gun, not so with a repeater. Same problem with the powder type guns, you'll need to load another cartridge to seat the nail deeper. This tool rocks!!!

very good tool

I use it to fix 2x3"s on old concrete walls and usually it takes 3-5 shots to enter a 3" nail but it does the job. I am very satisfied with this tool.

Will beat a ram set hands down

As a drywall contractor we are constantly using RAM sets or cut nails to install furring strips on cinder blocks this cut my time down drastically and my labor rate. Whatever you do do not hold the safety back and fire it bc it will end up three houses over........

Not bad

I was a little sceptical when i bought this. It put 2 1/2in nails through a 2x4 no problem. Some I had to hit twice. I framed a 1200 sq ft basement no issues. Made it faster than the ramset gun I typically used.

Works great into cinder blocks

I was using dewalt DDF3121550 2.5 inch with washer. Initially, I was going to use the powder version of this gun (Ramsey) because it was way too loud in my area. I have decided to not use the powder version but use this pneumatic version instead. I built a greenhouse on top of 2 inch wood on top of cinderblocks. I secure the entire house by nailing the wood pieces onto the cinderblocks and almost 100% of them went through very smoothly in the first shot. One that did not go in the first time does second one did it. I did not have to use a gigantic compressor. I was using a portable cordless compressor that has a 1 gallon tank that you work very well with this tool.

Absolutely fantastic!

I tried a few alternative methods of driving nails into 50 year old concrete with no success. So I had my doubts about this Freeman nailer. It works! It works! Even 3" nails were easy to drive in with a few extra shots of air. This nailer is truly a game-changer. I wish I'd come across it sooner.
