This is the perfect stapler. Bought this for my husband. He wanted this so he could staple screening around a deck in front of our shed to keep out critters. The stapler worked perfectly. No misfiring either. Highly recommend this product.
My stapler arrived a couple days ago and I just spent a few hours stapling 200 ft (out of 400 ft) of welded fence onto my wooden fence and it couldn't have gone better. Not a single misfire. Not a single issue. This cost only $15 more than renting on for a day would have cost. Best money I've spent in a while. Very impressed. So far, highly recommend.Update: Finished all 400-ft of my fence. Went through almost 2000 staples. Only had a couple double-fires. Thing performed beautifully. Oh, and *so* easy to load staples! Very happy with the purchase.
Great stapler for the price! Installed over 250' of wire fencing, no issues or jams with 7/8" staples at 100 psi all day long.
I use this with my pancake air compressor for chicken coop and hog wire fencing around my planters. The senco staples didn’t jam at all at 125psi. There is a little bit of wear on the driver tip, I suspect that will need replacing later and you will reload quite often so tool belt is a must! All in all a 4.5 home owners tool.

So this thing is a workhorse!!! 7000 staples and it didn't miss a beat. No jams works well with small compressors and excels at 120psi. We used this for welded wire fence to fill in a split rail fence for pet containment and it did a better job than the commercial guys who charged my neighbors almost $1000 for the same job. Effortless and smooth and right out of the box, couple drops of oil (which it comes with) and it's ready to go. Depth settings are accurate and it's strong even enough to solidly mount welded wire on a 6x6 post. Make sure you buy staples with it as local retailers do not stock them. But excellent item. More than impressive!!!!!
I could not have done this project without the staple gun. Worked great, never had a jam up and saved me a ton of time. Highly recommend.

In general find it a good value for the money
I installed 500ft of horse fencing to enclose my yard for my large dogs and never had an issue. I went through 2 boxes (10,000) staples and gun never jammed. For the money you can’t beat it, ended up getting it here because I originally ordered from tractor supply but tsc was 35$ more expensive and after a week of it not shipping I canceled the order and ordered here on Amazon, with in 4 days it was here being used.
Worked perfectly to install over 2,000 fence staples for a dog run. Well worth the money, compared to hammering in that many staples by hand.
I love it. It's exactly what they said it would be and is really powerful. I'm still learning how to get precision in staple placement, but I'm really glad I bought this one.
I bought this fence stapler as I am building a 6' high fence to keep the deer out of our garden. I can't imagine stapling the fence to the posts without this tool. Easy to load, doesn't jam (much), plenty of power and easy to adjust. I have an Hitachi 18 ga air operated brad nailer and the Freeman is every bit as good if not better. Unless you are stapling fences all day every day this is a very good buy.
The tool works smoothly and flawlessly. Took a minute to learn to slide the staples in from the rear, at a slight angle, parallel with the tool. Sometimes the staples slide lock would pop open if I banged it around too much. I’m pretty rough when I’m working fast, though. Overall very pleased with the performance and value of this fence stapler.
I am curious about all the 5 star reviews, I don't believe them. I unboxed this staple gun, oiled it and hooked it up to 90 lbs pressure. Loaded Freeman 3/8" staples and started attaching some chicken wire to my fence. Got one side done, about 15 staples, started on the other side and did about 5 more, then it jammed. I cleared the jam according to the directions in the manual, reloaded and started again. Pull trigger, big air rush, no staple. Repeated all steps in troubleshooting and still nothing, will not work again. Went to their website, there is no support or help instructions at all. I can only blame poor quality, I used their staples as suggested. Not sure this is worth the money.
I used this stapler to attach poultry wire to 4x4 treated posts for my chicken run. It drove the 5/8" Freeman galvanized staples perfectly (after I followed their instructions and fine tuned it) and cut my job time by probably 80% (compared to using the boxed poultry staples you have to hammer by hand). Thanks Freeman, that's a quality tool that does what you say it will. A far cry better than the Bostitch I bought for the same purpose.
I built a catio and fired off hundreds of nails without a single issue. Used Senco 18-ga, 1/4" wide U nails that were 7/8" long. This is a great piece of equipment.
We hang a lot of cattle fence and used to do this by hand. This staplegun significantly cut down our time and was easy to use.
I’m doing a fencing project using wire for full enclosure. This gun works great. Can’t beat it for the price.
I have a number of staple guns but this is my favorite. It has an indexing notch to easily staple wire in the right placem. I have others that work just as well but when stapling hardware cloth it's a guessing game. This gun makes proper alignment a breeze.
Easy to use
I used this to install 300' of welded wire mesh to a wooden post and rail fence. I used the Freeman brand 7/8 staples FS18G78 and they worked great! Every staple went in perfect and the stapler never jammed. Money well spent!
Tool is lightweight and consistently drives 7/8 in staples into wood posts and rails. Securely holds welded wire fence to wood posts and rails.
Why pay for a expensive name brand when you can get this and does the job. Put about 1000 staples through it, and keep it oiled and no failure thus far.
I bought this tool to install some heavy gauge wire on a large chicken run I was building. This tool performed very well. Not a single jam. It paid for itself in the time it saved me.
