Major time saver.

I was not realy expecting this stapler to work all that well as I had never even heard of the brand before. I kind of figured it would be on par with the nail guns from Harbor Freight. If it got me through the big fence job I was needing it for it would then it would be worth the money spent. But I was actually quite surprised once I got the tool in my hands. It was built surprisingly well. I had about 500 feet of 5 foot tall wire mesh that I had to attach to a three rail wooden horse coral and this stapler made that a breeze. I was shooting 2 inch 9 gauge staples with no problem at all. It drove the staples all the way home. It made the job much easier and faster and saved my already arthritic fingers from suffering any more injury trying to set the staples by hand with a hammer.Things I didn't like or thought could use improvement. It would be nice if you could change which direction the exhaust port was pointing. The last three staples in the rack can't be fired without stacking another rack on top of it so putting two racks of staples in the gun when there was still 3 staples left from the previous racks made it a tight fit so I found myself just putting one rack at a time in the gun. The gun also doesn't like it when you try and load racks that where broken apart as it would get hung up. It worked best with full racks. Last but not least the tool box that it comes in is totally useless and unusable. It went right in the trash.

Massive Time Saver

This thing is something out of a horror movie. Shoots huge staples as deep as you like. Saved me days of work building no climb fencing. A bit difficult getting the depth setting correct with barbed wire...the staples heeds to go in 3/4 the way and this thing just wants to drive. Overall a great purchase.

Easier than swinging a hammer!

I bought this gun and had high hopes . I've put up several hundred feet of fencing now and it has worked well. It will not put a staple into hard wood all the way like oak or some maples. But I'm using 2" staples so maybe with the shorter ones it would . I'm using it to attach fencing to cedar posts so it's working well for that. Much easier than swinging a hammer if you have a portable air compressor.

Keeps Jamming

when it works their is nothing like it for stapling fence. But I stapled probably about 50 to 60 post with woven wire and the gun started jamming and we would clear the jam and no more than 10 staples later it would jam again very frustrating. i would love to get it fixed but i don't know where to send it. it is maybe a 1.5 yrs old.
