Every use, before and after. If you are running them through the work day get an inline oiler or do it every hour or so. You should have been taught this.

I oil all my air tools before using and I have never had any problems. I only add 5 drops.

I don't use this in air tools, instead I buy this as a general-purpose lubrication oil, for general household use and for my bicycle parts as well. I don't use it on the chain, but I use it in other places like pivot points in the derailleur and axles. It's a really cheap way to get yourself some slippery oil that works great in many situations. The package arrived with no damage and the cap hasn't been leaking for me at all.

You want to keep your air tools running in tip-top, you need this oil on hand to use a few drops after each use. I imagine this bottle will last me quite a few years. Recommend.
