The warranty is nonexistent.

Mine arrived DOA. I called the company number on the box 3 times. No one answered the phone, and no one called me back. I emailed the support. No one responded. Thankfully, I was able to return it to amazon. They claim a 7 year warranty with 90 days for wearable parts, but that is a joke. You cannot make a claim if they will not acknowledge your calls and emails. This nailer is average when it is functional. I like the Metabo HPT palm nailer much better because of the flexible hose attachment. It is only $5 more than this nailer at the time of this writing.

So easy even a five year old can build a shed with it!

My daughter loves helping daddy. It's great for those hangar nails or places where you can't fully swing the hammer.

Powerful

This is a great addition to my tool box, I built a shed and wanted to use 3 galvanized nails for strength, this little guy had no problem driving the nails into 6x6 posts, as long as you can provide 90 to 100 psi it keeps going, oil it every time before and after use and it will make you smile how easy it is to drive nails in, do not push hard against the nail head just keep it touching

uses most nails

Used this to build two sheds. Saved me from hammering hundreds of nails. It doesn't work with roofing nails or finishing nails, but it's a great tool.

Does what I need it to do.

I've always wanted to add this to my tool box. The price point was right and it performs as expected.

Great

Love it!!!

Works well but very sensitive

I almost drove a nail through my hand loading it a couple times because it's very sensitive to pressure but the darn thing drives nails like mad if you are careful.

Gets it done

Not a nailer I will use a lot, but it is nice to have once in awhile for certain situations. Only observation I have made is that it would be nice if the magnet was just a little stronger. That said, it is strong enough as long as you are careful with your movements.

Works like a charm

For it's limited application this thing saves lots of time. Used for nailing in Joist Hangers for a work dock project. Worth the price just for the time saved on this project. Using a somewhat underpowered pancake compressor wasn't an issue at all as there were lots of starts and stops.

Excellent

It worked great in hard to reach areas and perfectly for support hangers. It makes hard to reach toe nailing a breeze. It is no noisier than any other palm nailer. They are all inherently noisy.

Gets job done

Good for the places you can't use a hammer

Great nailer

I bought this originally to use with finishing nails on small projects. It will not work with a headless nail. I switched to small tacks with a flat head and it works a treat. It is a great tool for one handed driving and areas where a claw hammer either can’t reach or is unwieldy.

Nice size, seems to work well

I haven't used a palm nailer before, so maybe it is normal for it to stop driving if you put some pressure into it or drip oil from the holes around the front? Otherwise it seems to be a decent tool for my needs. It also cost substantially less than Bostitch, Senco or Metabo to do basically the same thing. For me, the tool will get occasional use when I'm building a shed or a deck, I bought it for helping hang trusses on a shop I'm building. I think it'll hold up just fine for my level of use, and Freeman has a good warranty with their products.

awesome

First time using a palm nailer, this did the trick. Worked perfect. Had to use my 26 gal compressor because my 2 gal compressor was not strong enough.

Helps Tremendously!!!!

We are working on our house so I bought this to keep my husband from having to use a hammer on each nail. He has loved this! He says it has saved him so, so, so much time. If you have any type of projects coming up involving nailing, I recommend buying this for sure.

Hi, what is the SCFM on this product, G2MPN 2nd Generation Pneumatic Mini Palm Nailer? I want to combine it with a RIDGID
6 Gal. 150 PSI Portable Electric Pancake Air Compressor and a DEWALT
50 ft. x 1/4 in. Air Hose I found on sale. Can I? Is that all I need?

Freeman Tools

Palm nailers generally needs between 1-2 CFM so you'd generally want a compressor which can output 3CFM@90psi.

The RIDGID 6 Gal. 150 PSI Portable Electric Pancake Air Compressor outputs 2.6 CFM, so it should reasonably be able to support the G2MPN.

I'm more concerned about the narrow 1/4" hose constricting the flow, though, so if there is a performance issue like slow hammering rate or it starts strong but fades away over time (like driving particularly long nails), the hose should be changed to something wider like a 3/8" or even a 1/2" if it's a very long hose (>100ft). But using the current set up should be serviceable for its intended application — fitting in places a nail gun wouldn't.
