Did not use it yet. The job I had need a 18 gauge nail that will work in the unit. Looking forward to using it on my next job. Should be easier that my old manual one.

Amazing. Put in over 800 staples without a jam on engineered hardwood. Super solid and well made. Easy to set up.

Excellent Customer Service

Upon opening the box it was apparent that the company is big on instructions. Included was the user manual, a quick instruction booklet, sample fasteners, and tools necessary for disassembly/reassembly. Very impressive. A nice mallet was included as well.However, the Bostitch staples, which matched the sample staple exactly and were the exact ones recommended by customer service, did not fit into the loading slot all the way, due apparently to a manufacturing issue. I disassembled the base and found a small piece of cardboard lodged in the area where the staples are ejected. However, after reassembly, the staples still did not feed properly.Customer service was excellent, though, and did their best to evaluate whether there were any issues with loading the fasteners or operation.Once it was determined that the condition could not be rectified, a replacement was sent and I received it A DAY LATER! This was prior to sending back the original. The replacement works very well.While I was disappointed with a malfunctioning unit I am very impressed with how the Company functions and recommend this product highly.

600 feet of flooring no jams

For 3/8 flooring you will need to buy a 3/8 shoe. The 1/2 inch plate does not work well

First time using this nailer, I am on about 1500 nails so far and had one jam. The only problem I had is that it will slide off the edge and put the nail in the middle of the board so you have to watch it . Other than that I would buy again . Very good product, shiping was fast, well worth the price
